Is my data secure with eventmate ?
We prioritize security and use robust encryption to protect all data, complying with relevant data protection regulations. We never share your information with third parties, ensuring your data remains confidential and secure.All financial transactions are processed through Stripe, which adheres to the highest industry standards, including PCI-DSS compliance for secure payment processing. Stripe handles and encrypts all financial data, ensuring payment security and fraud prevention.
What support is available for using eventmate ?
We offer a comprehensive step-by-step user manual to guide you through every aspect of Event Mate. If you have any questions or need further assistance, our support team is available at hello@eventmate.ca to help ensure your event runs smoothly.
What are the transaction fees?
Stripe charges 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction, and eventmate charges a 3% platform fee on each transaction. Donors are given the option to cover these fees, and 88% typically choose to do so, ensuring that more money goes directly to the charity.We are also working with Stripe to incorporate their fees into the donor-covered amount, further maximizing the funds received by the organization.
Do you offer onsite event support?
Yes, we do! Onsite event support is available as an additional service. Please email us at hello@eventmate.ca for a quote. This service is not included in the subscription costs.
